PolyPacific can assure our customers that:
Within one to two weeks of receiving a specification, we will aim to have a formulation ready for trial. To learn how we can supply polymers, polypropylene compounds, elastomers or masterbatches for your manufacturing requirements, call us on +613 9793 6000 or submit an enquiry form today.
PolyPacific is located in Dandenong, only 30 minutes from Melbourne's CBD and easily accessible from two of Melbourne's major arterials, the Monash Freeway or Eastlink/ Scoresby Freeway. We pride ourselves on delivering quality polymers and exceptional product design, positioning ourselves at the forefront of market development. This, coupled with our attention to customer service, helps PolyPacific retain our position as one of the leading polypropylene suppliers in the domestic and international markets.
The location of the manufacturing plant in Dandenong equates to shorter shipping time to the Asia Pacific and a quicker response to orders than most European and U.S. suppliers, especially in masterbatches. It is due to this can-do philosophy that PolyPacific has been able to effectively enter into the South Asian market by opening a manufacturing plant in Malaysia servicing Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
PolyPacific's world class in-house research and development team has the flexibility and the expertise to readily respond to customers' requirements; changing automotive specifications and readily supporting new specifications if needed. We hold ourselves to the highest of principles and develop in-house systems that continually improve our processes and product efficiencies in its elastomers and polypropylene compounds.
As such, both the Australian and Malaysian operations are accredited to the international automotive standard TS16949. This assures the automotive industry that we are well equipped to meet the high quality standards in our polymers such as thermoplastic elastomers and thermoplastic polymers required by various industries.
Our technical team concentrates on application support and technical development for the polypropylene compounds required for the automotive industry and other markets. Along with the global technical resources of LyondellBasell with its advanced polypropylene materials, PolyPacific is strategically placed at the leading edge of polymer technology.
PolyPacific has significant expertise in developing formulations and products that are developed using the latest raw material innovations of our suppliers. This integrated experience both in design/formulation and as a supplier is therefore available at any stage of your planning from design conception through to trials.
A polypropylene grade is rarely selected on the basis of a single property or characteristic. Selection is based on our technical team establishing the essential requirements of the product and application and matching these with a choice of polypropylene grades to select one with the optimum balance of properties; does the product require high gloss, improved impact, rigidity and/or high heat performance?
Where the particular requirement is seen to be outside the current range of grades then PolyPacific's technical centre is able to assist with product development. Many different parameters are possible; our current range is a perfect example. Developed over more than 30 years, our current range contains hundreds of custom-made compounds and resins. Of course, if our customers have a specification for a product, we are able to formulate product to that specification.
